Pellet Loadout
Project Scope:
Increase the pellet railcar loading rate to reduce manpower requirements from three (3) shifts down to one (1) day shift. This was done by installing a bulk weighing system, bucket elevator, belt conveyors, metering screw conveyors & slide gates to meet the required flow capacity. Also, included were modifications to the existing dust collection system and the construction of a new MCC room.
