#3 Beet Slicer

Project Scope:

Install an additional Putsch Beet Slicer, the slicer feed hopper, a 3-hopper diverter system, hydraulic back hoe for handling frozen beets, Redesign & fabrication drawings for slicer hydraulic pokers for frozen beets at inlet to slicer, design & fabrication drawing for motor support with gravity take-up, lengthening & changing angle of an existing 60” wide belt conveyor & support structure, and necessary piping & ventilation changes to allow for installation
